To raise the workplace skills and aspirations of BAE (Business, Accounting and Economics) students, and to apply learnt concepts to real-world situations.
Case Study
This pathway is designed to complement students' academic studies, equipping them with the key skills, knowledge and understanding to successfully undertake practical, hands-on project management tasks.
The programme encourages peer group support whilst working with local businesses to solve challenging and stimulating real-world scenarios. Participants receive an IoD membership and are awarded a formal certificate on successful completion.
Worth Mentioning
The programme encompasses three aspects. Lunchtime mentoring, internal business problem-solving and external project (linked to partnership organisations).
