I have forgotten my password to log into my Enrolment Account. What do I need to do?
Head to: https://suffolkone.applicaa.com/year12 and use the “Forgot Password?” option on the log in screen. Check your emails for the reset password email.
I need to change my personal details. What do I need to do?
Please email one-admissions@easterneducationgroup.ac.uk with details of the changes you wish to make.
I want to make a course change. How do I do this?
You can request a course change as part of your enrolment process.
I'm on Holiday on the 20 August. What do I need to do?
As long as you have internet access and a copy of your GCSE results showing your full name you will be able to complete your enrolment on the online admissions portal on GCSE Results Day. Enrolment is an online process and can be completed through the online system. As long as you have an internet connection and are able to receive your GCSE Results. You will be able to enrol by following this link: https://suffolkone.applicaa.com/year12

on a Year 12 Level 3 course, or A Level
Please note that as you are on a 2 year course with us you will not need to re-enrol in August. Your First day of teaching is Wednesday 2nd September.
Your timetable should be available to view for next year before you finish for the Summer; we will notify you when this is available.
In the meantime please ensure when you leave for the summer that you have all you need to continue with any summer work set by your course teachers and if you haven’t already done so, please use the Summer break to start planning what you want to do when you leave college in July 2025 and prepare your personal statement and CV in preparation of this.
