Learning Support Co-ordinator (Foundation Learning)
Commencing 23rd April 2018
Grade 5 above the bar (Scale Points 32-36) – Actual Salary is £26,038-£28,887 gross pa
Full Time (37 hours per week, 42 weeks per year)
Maternity Cover Contract
You will be responsible to the Director of Student Services for the effective administration and operation of Learning Support for Foundation Learning students at One.
This role includes the line management and co-ordination of the college’s team of Foundation Learning Support Staff and ensuring that the college delivers a comprehensive Learning Support service which complies with college policy, external guidelines and statutory requirements.
The postholder will ensure the initial assessment of students needs is comprehensive, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders as appropriate, and will subsequently monitor and assess levels of support in order to evaluate the impact on student achievement. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the continual development, delivery and evaluation of the Learning Support services provided for our Foundation Learning students at One.

Teacher of Sport
Commencing 16th April 2018
Part Time (0.6 fte)
We are looking for a well-qualified and inspirational teacher. This is an excellent opportunity to join the Health and Sport Curriculum Area. The person appointed must have a lively and stimulating approach to teaching and learning, the ability to teach to a high academic standard at Level 2 and Level 3, and a commitment to the learning and well-being of all young people.
