Due to the promotion of our current Deputy Principal, Jenny Milsom, to Principal we are now seeking an innovative, talented and experienced leader to join our outstanding sixth form college from September 2019. This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional professional seeking to progress their career in a supportive, positive and dynamic environment.
You will already be a successful manager and leader, with the commitment, energy and passion to help shape the next stage of the College’s development. Your middle or senior management experience will have been gained in a college or secondary school with significant 16-19 A level and Vocational provision, including an element of Special education. You will bring clarity of vision, be a creative and strategic thinker and be capable of inspiring trust in students and staff. You will have the confidence to Deputise for the Principal, demonstrating a collaborative management style when working with the Senior Leadership Team, students, parents, staff and Governors.

Digital Marketing Assistant
Commencing as soon as possible
Grade 3 (£17,173 - £18,319 gross per annum)
Full Time (37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year)
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant to lead on the development of Suffolk Academies Trust’s (SAT) online and digital marketing platforms.
Reporting to the Admissions and Marketing Manager, the postholder will be responsible for the creation and production of marketing materials for digital use and print. They will also monitor and ensure that all SAT digital platforms are up-to-date, develop SAT’s online brand and be an active member of our Marketing Team, participating in our various events which take place throughout the year (e.g. open events, fairs and prize-giving ceremonies).
You should possess highly effective written and verbal communication skills, be adaptable, have experience of working with social channels and possess strong IT skills (e.g. experience of the Microsoft Office packages, InDesign, Photoshop etc.)

We are seeking an SEN Administrator to work closely with the Student Services Manager, and the wider Administration team, to provide a high quality, consistent and effective administration service to both the students and staff at One.
The postholder will contribute to the monitoring, updating and maintenance of SEN students’ records. They will also assist in the co-ordination of student Access Arrangements and Annual Reviews.

Learning Support Assistant (Level 2/ Level 3)

Grade 3 (Actual salary will be £5,656 - £6,034 gross per annum)
Part Time (14 hours per week, 40 weeks per year)
Maternity Cover contract
We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant (L2/L3) to support our BTEC and A level students. For this role, we are looking for an individual who can organise, instruct and supervise student participation in curriculum and extra-curricular activities by assisting the teaching staff. It is essential you are able to form good relationships with a wide range of young people and their families/carers; display excellent communication and listening skills and have an understanding of the social and emotional issues that affect young people's development. Basic knowledge of first aid, experience of administering medication and personal care would be desirable.
