Chantry Youth Unity Day to Bring Community Together This May

A community-focused event bringing together local organisations, young people and residents will take place in Chantry this May as part of ongoing efforts to promote positive engagement, youth voice and accessible opportunities within the local area.
Chantry Youth Unity Day will be held on Friday 29th May from 10am–3pm on Scrivener Drive, Ipswich, IP8 3SU. The event has been organised in partnership with Aspire, Suffolk Constabulary, Ipswich Town Foundation and One Sixth Form College.
The day will provide a range of activities and information stands designed to encourage participation, creativity, physical activity and community connection. Activities taking place throughout the day will include basketball sessions with Aspire, dance and art workshops, music and food, alongside opportunities to speak with local organisations and community representatives.
Representatives from Suffolk Constabulary, Active Suffolk Youth Voice and Sport Sense – Community Voice will also be present to engage with young people and local residents, helping to strengthen relationships within the community and promote available support and opportunities.
The event reflects a shared commitment from all organisations involved to create positive experiences for young people, encourage community cohesion and ensure local voices are heard.

Chantry Youth Unity Day aims to provide an inclusive and welcoming space where young people and the wider community can connect, access opportunities and celebrate the positive work taking place across the area.
