During the past fortnight, students have been offered an opportunity to visit a drop-in area, talk about their ICT experiences and to receive dedicated help and advice.
Students have been given support by e-Learning Manager, Craig Martin, to help them to connect their own devices to the college WiFi. Students can easily access the internet using tablets, laptops and mobile phones whilst at the campus to help support their learning. This was also an opportunity for students to report any IT issues they were experiencing and the necessary guidance was given in helping them to resolve these.
Over 150 students took advantage of this opportunity and it has proven valuable in helping the College to continually improve the ICT provision to students in the future whilst they are studying at One.
