One organised the first ever health and wellbeing day for staff at the end of last term.
Sessions included car maintenance, emotional refuelling, mindfulness, fitness and money matters.
The event organiser Rob Bamford, said, "This was the first time that we had put on this event but we plan to refresh what we did and make this a regular occurrence. Part of the proceedings looked at building emotional resilience. We are keen to help our staff think about their own wellbeing and the wellbeing of those around them.
"As an employer, we recognise that there is a lot of pressure working in education. Therefore the day was designed to help show our staff that we care about them and we support them.
"It is also hoped that it gave our staff strategies to support our students"."
During this occasion a bake sale took place and over £300.00 was raised. Staff also wore pink to back the Breast Cancer Now charity.
