We are delighted you have now completed the enrolment process into Year 13 and look forward to seeing you in September for the first day of the new academic year.
At enrolment you will have received an induction booklet containing key information. You will see a copy of this booklet below.
Like last year, as part of your enrolment process you agreed to continue to adhere to our policies and procedures such as the Student Code of Conduct. Below you will find a copy of these policies along with forms such as the Student Support & Medical Information form which require your action. Please take the time to read through these carefully.
Some courses at One require you to undertake relevant work experience; these courses include: Health and Social Care, Motor Vehicle, Sport, IT and Engineering. For these courses work experience placements are compulsory in order for you to pass your BTEC course. Other courses may offer optional work experience.
For compulsory work experience, it is essential that you pay your work experience costs by the end of September. Please ensure you bring a payment method along with you to enrolment.
Student Support & Medical Information - a copy of this form needs to be signed by your parent/guardian before you will be allowed to leave site on a trip or work experience. This form also allows us to plan for exam access arrangements. You will have been asked to complete one of these as you enrolled, however should you have omitted to complete a form and you need exam access arrangements please complete this form as a matter of urgency and return to your PPT in Student Services.
Privacy Notice - this section on the website explains how One will protect the personal data we hold on each student.

- Student Code of Conduct - as part of your enrolment you have agreed to adhere to the standards of personal behaviour as described in this document.
