I love it all! But the variety of the role is great. e.g. One day designing a resource for a lesson and on other occasions demonstration equipment and best practice to students. Working with a great team.

The enjoyment of seeking to do the best in my role. Seeing students benefitting from well prepared workshops and equipment. The great people I work with!
